TI-USA promotes government accountability through comprehensive legal and regulatory transparency and opportunities for public participation; criminalization of bribery and extortion; regulation of political influence; and other measures in the U.S. and abroad.

Strengthening Private Sector Integrity
TI-USA strengthens private sector integrity through the development of standards and tools, global industry-sector initiatives and collaboration with major U.S. and international business organizations. We encourage enforcement of prohibitions on transnational bribery and honest business practices in public contracting.
